Music Jam - Slippery Noodle Inn tribute to Jerry "Blues" Booth on April 20, 2011
The Indianapolis blues community crowded the Slippery Noodle Inn on on April 20, 2011, to toast Jerry "Blues" Booth, longtime front man of the Indy blues band Mean Weenies. Booth died April 15. Some of Indy's blues musician stalwarts -- including Gene Deer, Gordon Bonham and Governor Davis -- turned out to participate in the Noodle's weekly Wednesday night jam in Booth's honor.
